Not at an idle like balance rates, but under slight acceleration I sometimes get an injector clacking. Just need to pinpoint which one it is.

It can help you diagnosis like a tech 2 can....but its up to the mechanic to figure out what the info its giving you means.

You wont plug in any scann tool and get a message that says X part is broke".....

Is this when you get on it a bit from a low RPM and low speed? Do you see smoke? PM me if this is true. It may be my tune.

No, its not your tune. It does it at slight throttle with ANY tune.
Although, I did have to remove your tune today. EGTs were getting a bit warm when I was towing 20,000LBS over 7000' today. LOL Guess I need to make a high elevation tune for the mountain ranges.

Yea. That tune has some pep to it so I don't recommend towing too heavy with it. The stock turbo will never be able to keep up with the amount of fuel I have in it. I hope you get it figured out.

Threw a P1223 code today while towing HEAVY at some crazy altitude. All I can figure out, is that there is a loose ground on the right side of the motor. At least that is what I have looked up using the search function. This may also be the source of the "clacking" injector that me and a bunch of others are plagued with.
