With my heads off for check up and valve lapping, i pluged my injectors on each line to see if they have a good spray, and one was more skwirt than spray, so i swiched it with a good one and the skwirting didnt fallow the injector ????

Can it be debris while manipulating them that blocked it partialy or the problem is the pump ??

I will do other tests , but i want your advice for this.

I Know a lot in mecanic, but i never had the chance to work on Diesel IP yet, but i feel it'l be soon !!

Yes, a Stanadyne rotary pump, as used on 6.2s, can develop a problem that only affects one cylinder - but that is rare. There is only one, central high pressure pump that serves ALL the cylinders. The charge of fuel gets delivered to each cylinder through a "distributor" portion of the pump. If part of that distributor gets damaged, individual cylinders can be affected.

It works sort of the same way a gas engine ignition system distributor works - but instead of having a distributor cap and rotor, the injection pump has a "head and rotor."
