Welcome on this super Diesel forum !
I suggest tht you schroll this site for an houre and you will find all you need to get started with Diesel engins.
And after tring to get it started with what you learned here, you can post thresds on specific questions and explaining what you done so far , thats the best way to learn diesel priciple fast.
I would start by cleaning your tank perfectly, and inpect all fuel lines first, cause the must be dried up after 10 years !
Or if you only want to get it started faster, use an other clean plastic container and plug it to the injector pump input, and the return line back in the container.
I would also drain the oil to get any water or other liquid other than oil out of the motor before firering it. ( dont forget new oil !!) Check all gauges , coolant , etc..
You will need good power to crank the motor several seconds a a time to get fuel back in all the injector lines.
You can slack an injector line a bit to see if any fuel is pumped to the cylinders, this will give you a good idea if the injector pump is working to.
The pink wire on the IP must be energized when ingnition is on to, otherwhise the IP will never pump.
Get the air cleaner off to see if any debris or family!! is in there before cranking to.
The glow plug wire must be enegized for a few second a first ingnition and cycle after until the engine reaches a certain temp.
You see, there are many things to get a diesel running after 10 years, but read here and i garantee that your Diesel will be running soon !
I probably didnt tell you the most important to do before restarting you old Diesel, but the old timers here are ther for those most important details to get your motor running again !!
Good luck and welcome again.
I'm new here to, and i love the forum.

well to add to what leseid said, when i got mine running (it had sat for over 7 years) my glowplugs didnt work at all, and going against what others have said on here, a shot or two of ether down her throat will get it started alot easier....but, use with extreme caution!!! like i said, MY GLOWPLUGS DID NOT WORK!! NEVER MIX ETHER WITH GLOWPLUGS!!!! unless u dont want an engine=)
