Does the LLY use the same air filter as the LB7? Also for you guys running the Juice/*** with a stock air box what level do you run on and what do your EGTs look like?


Also does anyone know about how much the AFE will drop EGTs??


I am debating if I should just stay with the stock air box or get an AFE Stage 2.

IIRC the air filter element is the same for both, the AFE Stage 2 will reduce the EGT's slightly, improve throttly response sligthly, and build boost quicker as well

I'm looking at things like this: If superdiesel can put down his nearly
800hp numbers with the stock filter, then why change it out?

The tests that Spicer headed up found the OEM element at or near the top in air flow and ability to clean... Hard to compete with that.
