I have read on othe posts that moving the front bumper forward will help allow us to install larger tires without a lift. However, I can't seem to figure out how to do that. Can anyone explain the locations of the bolts that have to be loosened in order to move the bumper forward?

Pics would be GREAT!!

I believe it is only the lower front plastic valance / air dam that needs to be trimmed . and it is just the lowest corner that sweeps back to the tire that needs to be trimmed, a good razor knife and tape for a guideline is all that is needed.

You can trim the plastic, or if you really need some room you can move the whole thing forward by removing the bolts that attach the bumper to the frame and place washers etc between the bolts to bring the entire bumper forward.

The old thread is " Moving Font Bumper-how to ". If you only need 3'4" as I did you can eliminate the metal extenders . There is enough room to redrill holes in the original brackets . I clear 285's with this without cutting airdam .
