I have an 02 dmax and was wondering if my bd ezamp will work on my 03 or will i have to buy another chip? both are lb7 allisons. Thanx

Depends on how old the ez-amp is. It might need upgrading. If I recall there was an issue with no oil pressure readings if it was too old of version. Of course you would still have oil pressure but your guage will show none. Try it, if you see no oil pressure you will need to have it upgraded.
