New to the thread. i have looked but never posted. just want to say hello and tell you im a diesel man through and through. duramax 2500hd 2001,jeep liberty crd,2004 vw jetta tdi 2006, disel bobcat, diesel tractor. the only thing left is the jeep cj and the chain saw. looking for info about getting better fuel milage from the 2500. thanks

:welcome: to the Place! Sounds like you have quite the line up of diesels. My buddy has an 06 Jetta TDi and it is about to roll over 60k miles. He has had no mechanical reliability issues, but a racoon messed some things up. Pretty neat little car.

Thanks, the tdi is a good,safe ride. the wife loves it. i prefer to sit a little higher but it is a nice car.
