I am hearing delivery dates as late as November for the E-lockers. I went with an ARB air locker instead.

I have an ARB air locker too. Works great, no complaints. Be careful with the Dodge Power Wagon locker from JT's. They sent me "their last one" a while back and it didn't fit in the front case. Had to put the front diff back together and put it back in the truck until I could locate an ARB.

you have to shave alittle plastic off of the black plastic piece that holds the wires together. Or you can machine a small groove around the housing. Witchever you prefer.
Trust me it will fit! Its in mine right now with about 4 pulls on it:)

Obviously they sent you the correct locker. The locker comes in a plain white box with no part numbers to be found anywhere. You just have to make sure they don't have their heads up each others asses when they pull a box off the shelf. I assure the front diff was out of the truck and tore down and the locker they sent me would not physically fit inside the case.

Did the unit come with a switch, wiring, or instructions?

When I talked to them at "JT enterprises" they said no, they said it was a straight forward installation. And that you have to provide your own wiring.

I found 3 Eaton E-lockers last week, one went in my truck. I am holding one for a spare. As of last week there was one left. PM me for details if your still looking.

no,no,and no.
I had to use my own switch, which i was going to anyways in my trippin overhead gauge mount.

I wired it my self by cutting off the plug and using a 30 amp relay.
And your pretty much *****ed on the instructions!

But its really not that hard to do:D

Sorry to hear about your crappy luck:( Yeah there wasnt a part number that i found anywhere. And there was alittle customizing to do.

I marked were the wires and black plastic clip was rubbing on the diff half and just filed off that piece of plastic iirc.

Then made sure i was at the most top piece of the diff cover and inbetween the blade things on the outside of the diff case then drilled my hole just big enough to fit the wires through.
Before putting the wires through i cut the plug off so i just had bare wires. Then put a small piece of rubber hose through the hole in the case and squeezed the wires through. Then used the "right stuff" around the outside of the case to make sure everything would hopefully be dry and tight:)

I've heard theres a silent recall on the Elocker's. I'd guess some idiot tried to engage it at a 100 mph or something and caused the truck to crash or something. Probably a law suit against Eaton going on somewhere?
Low volume product....lawsuit.......stop production. Just a guess.

The first thing that came to mind was a Chinese copy. Evidently this has become a big issue in the Auto parts business.

Probably not. It is odd that mine came with detailed instruction, warranty registration card, Eaton decals for your truck, complete wiring harness and switch. The box had an Eaton label on it with numbers.

Mine is made for a newer style Dodge Power Wagon!
It is a Trac rite which is made by eaton. So far mine has worked flawlessly with a few sled pulls on it.

I got a Eaton Locker a couple weeks ago, but for the price I paid, I thought the thing was gold plated!!
