Found this on a GM site,
Effective 10/6/2003, the following changes will be made to the Vehicle Order Guide:

<LI>Mechanical section-(LB7) Engine, Duramax 6600 Turbo Diesel V8, changed HP rpm from 3100 to 3000 and Torque rpm from 1800 to 1600 in the description.</LI>[/list]
Nothing on the new one yet.

Effective 10/13/2003, the following changes will be made to the Vehicle Order Guide:
Mechanical section-(V10) Covers, radiator grille and front bumper openings, changed footnote 1 to read "Requires (LB7) Engine, Duramax 6600 Turbo Diesel V8 and is required on orders with "Ship To" locations within the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Alaska, Idaho, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Michigan, Colorado and New York."
