Is there any difference in power with the 5" and the 4". I have heard of people saying they think they lost power. My truck is stock for now and plan on ordering my exhaust and intake next week, just cant decide on the size. I am going to in the next month or some get efi live with a 85 to 90 horse set up, do to the fact that i have a stock rebuilt trans. Any feed back is great thanks. Also i am new to the diesel world so any advice is great.

You really do not need the 5 unless you like the look. There is no power gain or any gain besides noise. The 4 is much more universal and is what I would suggest. You can see where I got mine in my sig and I would recommend them and the brand, whatever you get make sure to support the vendors.

There is no power gains or loss. It all depends on the look and sound. The 5" is WAY louder than the 4. Just depends on what you want ;)

All true. And for the loss of power comment, wrong. No backpressure needed for anything with a turbo. Anyone that argues that doesn't understand what a turbo does.
