OK, I posted here before and got some good answers so let go again.

I just replaced my PMD about 1 week ago. Only drove for 20 miles or so and now I am having some more problems. Before the PMD I replaced the lift pump and the OPS. I put maybe 30 miles on the OPS and it went out. Meaning I could not get enough fuel form the LP. I replaced the OPS and as soon as I did I had fuel from the drain by the T-Stat. Problem solved. NO! I drove 5 miles and the same symptoms again. Hot wired the fuel pump and STILL have the same symptoms. They are as follows:

engine warms up and it stutters and acts like it cannot get enough fuel
wait for a few seconds(long enough for the fuel cannister to fill up) and it will run fine, for a bit and then right back to stuttering like I am running out of fuel.

I have no clue what to do at this point. I just purchased my PMD from SSD. It's too early for PMD failure, right? What can cause these symptoms?

It sounds like it might be sucking air? How much fuel is in the tank? Are the fuel lines on the rail wet? Is the engine valley wet? Is the bottom of the fuel filter wet? When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced?

Any of these places can give you trouble on an older truck.

Bad fuel did this to me before.

Last week I purchased a fuel pressure test kit from Ian Heath. It debugged my fuel system non issue! It may help you decide if you have a fuel supply issue or ???

Well, just last week I replaced the entire fuel canister due to the fuel heater having a short. It ran fine for a few days and now this. Also, I couldn't find any fuel leaks.
