Hey guys just throwing it out there. I got a 6.5 that the heads went bad. I've never rebuildt one before and looking for someone who knows the ropes and could help out. Any help would be great.. Thanks...

Can't help ya there.

Go grab a Chilton. (Autozone can order it for ya.) and follow it. It tells ya how to do the heads. At 145k, you should not have to screw with the bottom end. Throw the heads on and go.

bummer part is that i think coolant had been very slowly getting into the oil. And when it went got tons in there. So wouldn't feel safe about the bearings down there. So might as well give her a good once over....
