I have an 03 lb7. The other day I was using the intermittent wipers. As the rain increased, I put the wipers on the first continuous setting just above intermittent. I went to put them back on intermittent and they wouldn't stop the continuous motion. In messing with the wiper controls, they will speed up to the fastest setting but will not go below the slowest continuous setting. I ended pulling the fuse until I figure it out. Any thoughts on what is causing this?

Sounds like you could have a problem with the pulse board.
