as years go by finally trying to make life alittle easier on myself. went out on craigslist and bought a 4000 lbs cherry picker that folds up. this used one was just as pretty as a new one and cost me 125 bucks. i want to use it first on a swather drive gearbox that about blew me a gasket getting out by hand. next on my list is a rolling gantry hoist that is on rubber tires so i can use it out side as well as inside. i want it wide enough to straddle the hoist i am installing this year and tall enough to just fit thru the door.

Work smart not hard. I have a fixed motor hoist that is in peices until i get my garage built. I have been eye balling a rolling gantry at a freinds place that is just sitting outdoors. I dont know what the capacity is but i know it can hold at least 2k. Be real handy when i start restoring the Reo. Make life alot easier to pull the cab with so there is no body damage.
