Anyone used their stuff? I heard today that semi's are getting 2 to 3 MPG better using their diesel fuel addatives. Just curious.

I made them check and make sure they didn't use any alcohol, so I might try a gallon and see, it seems a little pricey to me but if it helps your MPG's I guess.

If the heavy trucks are getting a 2-3 mpg increase, I'd like to see it!

See that most trucks get somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-6 mpg normally, a 2-3 mpg increase is tremendous!

I've never used their products, so I'm not saying they're bad--they might be quality products. However, if it sounds too good to be true, I've found that most times, IT IS!

I was speaking to a buddy of mine just yesterday about fuel costs. He owns about 75 or so trucks, very few have cats, some have the 60 series and most have the Cummins. His fleet avg. was 5.74 and now with the egr stuff it's down to 5.48. I cannot imagine that a fuel additive could do that for a big truck........ there is just no way. If it really worked don't you think they would use it? Look at it this way............. Big truck-- has 60 series Detroit and gets a whopping 6 MPG avg. Now, drive that truck 200k a year.... how much fuel? 33,333 gallon...... yeah, that's right... just over 33k of gallons. Ok @ 2.00 per gallon that's 66.666 bucks a year for fuel. If he paid 2.50 per gallon and it had this magic stuff in it that improved his AVG MPG by just 1.5 MPG.... let's see.......... 200,000 divided by 7.5 = 26,666 gallons @ 2.50 per gallon.... that's 66,665 bucks. Even in the remote possiblity that it would improve the MPG...... it's probably not worth it.

my .02 worth.........
