I am installing a turbo on the 6.2 and looking for oil suply locations. Can I use the line off the oil cooler to suply the turbo? It has an inlet and outlet port right above the oil filter. everyone talks about using the oil pressure sender for a feed and installing a fitting in the pan for the return.

oilsensor port is the best bet,You need oilpump pressure for the turbo. put a short grease gun hose in it, put a T fitting on the end, run a line to the turbo, use the other hole to put the OPS in. that way you dont have to dig back in there to replace the OPS if it fails again;)

OK I will do it that way. should it be run back into the oil pan itself or can it empty into the rocker cover or something like that.
