EGR Valve that is. :p: Well, had a cel light come on yesterday, went ahead and took it in, and they said they were going to reprogram, and replace the egr. This eerily reminds me of my 6.0 powercrap. Will I trip a cel light, if after they replace the valve I leave it unplugged? I didnt really want to put in a blocker plate, because I am aiming for maximum reliability with zero warranty hassles. I am planning on running stock tuning, but may consider a programmer to change only the tire size, and omit the egr operation. Let me know what you guys think as I can see this as a possible repetitive issue. I tow 4-6k lb everyday mostly city driving, but I am heavy footed and it definetly gets good and hot, and the soot blown out of it every day. JW

Put a finger stick/blocker plate in it and dont worry, if you simply unplug it itll pry leave the check engine light on all the time

I unplugged mine and got a CEL. I'm leaving mine stock for warranty too but hope it doesn't give me problems. If it does, I'll probably end up with a block and stick.
