since i have my trans done i have been able to run my EDGE in level 6 hot. Its great out of the hole but and pretty good through out the entire run but does seem to cut in and out a little. I have my EGT alert all the way up to 2000* and Defueling off so i dont think its the safety features doing this. I also have twin TTS lift pumps. Level 5 feels better with less cutting out and level 4 is awesome. Any help is appreciated:)

It's an Edge! I dunno I thought fuel at first but your pumps should keep up. Would there be any other parameters that could be changed or have you messed with them all? I dunno. Have you tried stackin it with the edge on a lower tune?

No stacking, I do have a hypertech i am using to remove the speed limiter and correct tire size but that's it. I Love my edge, it's been and still is pretty flawless, im just wandering if it's an LBZ fueling issue.

COuld be. I haven't really hammered on mine with ppe yet since I still have my stock tranny. I've ran 160 and haven't had any issues with fuel but haven't pushed it. I dunno. I've not enough experience to really chime in with an intelligent answer!!

Push the lowest button three times quickly and it eliminates the safety features for a pre-set amount of time. IIRC, it starts at 1 min and you can adjust it to as many as you need.

Noticed less power the higher the numbers went with 6 being a lot worse than level 5. I thought it was just me. Sold for EFI live now. JA is a nice information center though and the switch on the fly is also sweet. I didn't like the seriously high EGT!!! With EFI, lots more power and way less heat and better MPG.

I have had a problem with my edge cutting out too. now its even starting to cut out on level 4. The edge box is digging itself a grave pretty fast. Even when rolling on the power in level 5 it acts like it is starving for fuel. I added TTS twin lifts and......problem still present.....going to efi or PPE soon!

Never thrown a code here....I think it is just edge....My buddy has an LB7 that has also cut out a W.O.T.

I too think its my edge acting up a lil, i have my pumps wired together so they both run just trying it out. When i turn off the backdown, level 6 doesnt run too well, pretty choppy with the low rail press code. But level 6 normal runs pretty good, just some slight choppyness but no codes.

its not the pumps.....I have tested the pumps while someone layed under the car to make sure they are turning on. TIM Z you already have stg III trans? Why are you not running bigger tune? Seems to me edge has lots of problems...roll on cut out (surge), wot cut out, WOT cut out has almost got me into a couple of accidents. I think its time to dump it. I have never thrown any codes besides EGR, but that has nothing to do with the edge.

Try a fresh fuel filter. Mine started to do it in level 4 filter fixed it.

WOT in level 6 (hot) and mine will cut out but it feels like fuel starvation to me. I'll have to try it right after I change my fuel filter next time. JMO.

X2...plug n play programmers are fine for us stockers(for now) to get to play but as soon as my stage 4 is in there is no doubt the next 50 hp sticker on my back glass will be EFI Live! You got the tranny and the fuel feeders now it is time for a real tune! JMO... Tranny, liftpumps, EFI....gotta wipe the drool off the keyboard now!
