Take my wife for a ride and see if it is the pass side eject button.

You owe TheBac a beer. It is the trip odometer reset when the key is on and it is depressed for more than 1 Sec. Simply tapping it with the key on allows toggling between trip and reg odometer. NOW, withe the key off, pressing less than 1 Sec shows mileage and depressing more than 4 Sec displays Engine hours for up to 30 seconds or the key is turned on.

BTW, I cheated. I read the book. Page 254 in a GMC manual.

All this stuff make me love the old '55 Chev I once had. Speedometer and Odometer. That's it.

When I push it it causes the odometer to toggle to the trip odometer. I hope this helps!

When I push it it causes the odometer to toggle to the trip odometer. I hope this helps! And if you hold it down, the trip odometer resets to zero.

They've been that way since at least 2003...mine has the same thing. Can use either the steering wheel controls to reset the trip odometer or use the cluster button.

GM's wasn't going to make two clusters depending on if you got steering wheel controls or not...

Mmmmmm...Molson Brador....
