I have a 2.02 predator now. Looking to upgrade now that my truck is out of warrenty. I just noticed thie Evolutiion model. I have magnaflow exhaust and cold air intake. Thats it. I do not ever plan to upgrade the tranny. I drive the truck everyday. I seldom hawl. I've been happy with the predator, just tired of pulling it out every time to change a tune. What does the Evolution offer that the juice doesn't? Thnaks for any suggestions.

"The main difference between the Evolution and the Juice are how they perform the modifications. The Evolution is what we would call a programmer/downloader. It actually re-writes the program on the truck PCM to make the changes, because of this, you can not make power level adjustments on the fly, and you have to be stopped so you can key the ignition on and off. Unlike other programmers/downloader’s on the market, our evolution allows you to keep it plugged into the OBDII port to display all of the parameters that they PCM can read, so you have an attitude type display in the cab.

The Juice/Attitude is what we call a module; it’s a PCM of its own basically. It intercepts signal coming from the sensors, and modifies them before they are delivered to the PCM. The PCM then makes the changes necessary to do what it thinks the engine should be doing which in turn creates the performance increase. This box is what we call the Juice Module, it then transfers information that it is receiving from the pcm to the Attitude monitor which displays the information (i.e. intake air temp, RPM, trans temp, etc.) on the screen inside the cab."


Also the Juice got shift on the fly, turbo timer, code clearing, egt backdown which the evolution doesnt have. The evolution is just like a predator with a screen.

I had the Predator on my '05 and on my '07. I sold the Pred I had on the '07 and bought an EVO. I only wish the Predator or the EVO either one would do for the '07 what the v2.02 Predator did for my '05.

My advice is to stick with the Predator unless the EVO for the lly is better than it is for the LBZ.

Of course I don't have any experience with the Juice.
