Does anyone have any spec comparisons between Baldwin B1441 and Wix 57202 (both for '04 LB7) ? Any 'real-world' experience with the Wix ? I'm currently running the Baldwin with no problems to date, but I have been thinking about changing over to the Wix. They're easier to get.
Thanks for any input !

Ace - I've used wix since 1992 in everything from my pickup trucks to
my pulling tractors....never had a problem.....Both baldwin and wix
make excellent filters in my opinion....

Bill (jbplock) (http://dieselplace.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=2614&PN=1) posted some results. More recently he posted info on the Mobi-1 filter. The mobil one filter is somewhat better than the Baldwin.

Where was that Mobil1 filter info? The link above only talks about the Baldwin (which is what I use anyway).

Bill again posted some info on that. Search on his posts. He also posted some info on the Oil Guard filter. Mobil 1
and Baldwin don't need to worry.

Napa filters are WIX and they cliam to be the better than regular Wix filters. The guy at my local Napa told me they own WIX, maybe so, I compared the two and they were made at the same place, so I guess he's right.
