Do a search in DIY for the "Hoots method"

If you're going to get the BD manifold, in the BD manifold itself, it has a place made for it.
If not, take off the passenger side fender liner, look at the back of the exhaust manifold and you'll see a open space, drill and tap that with the motor running (the method of choice for many - i went with BD) and you're set.
