Reading and hearing some issues on edge not supplying warranty service on new unIts purchased thru auction sites [e-bay]. Any truth or ?. Thanks.

Have not heard. Although I have heard many auction sites sell used or fake units. There could be something to that. If so, a factory would not like hearing about problems with units sold on a web site. Diablosport warns about that.

When I had issues with my EVO I was asked for all information on the sticker i.e. serial #, model #, date of manufacture, build # and such. So in saying that if it is a bogus part they will know. But then again if it’s legit I see no problem why you wouldn't get support. At know time I was asked where I purchased mine.

I've been doing alot of research on EDGE. I have gathered that product reliability can be questionable, but they back their products %110.
