I am looking at the several upgrade options available and the ATS kit strikes me in many ways. While on there website I saw that I can buy the triple lock kit with all the clutch packs and everything with out the CoPilot option. Now witht he CoPilot deal...there are three adjuestments that you can tell the tranny to be in. Now if I bought the upgrade without this ....can I add it later and what setting is the upgrade set in without it.....the highest???. There are things that I am wonderin before I sign the check. I've got Hot Juice with additude and that stock tranny hates every minute of it. Anyones thoughts would be appriciated.

The Co-Pilot has more than three settings. It has many settings. It has a main level for line pressure and a sub level to compensate for more or less boost. Each one has either seven or nine settings, I cant remember, mine always stays set the same when its on!http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/hihi.gif I would probably just get both of them at the same time.

Make sure you get Clints PR spring on the install. You can install Copilot later to enhance the setup.

Take the plunge and just do it all at once and be done with it. I installed the tranny and held off on my copilot for about two months. It was like night and day.

All I had done to mine was ATS torque conv. and the pump w/ co-pilot and it made a huge difference. New truck coming doing the whole thing this time. I wish they had this for my gasser when I bought it.
The ats trans has done well for us copilot is nice.NLDP
