anyone know what type of performance gains might be made running a straight pipe instead of a muffler ? I have a magnaflow 4" cat back, want to keep the cat but am curious if straight piping it will improve throttle response, build boost quicker, and lower egt's - thanks

I noticed more noise especially out side the cab when I yanked the muffler off my kennedy exhaust. Thats it. The muffler that comes with the 4"-5" kit seems pretty free flowing though, straight through that you could drop a cantalope through
