I started out with and am currently using level 4. This is how the truck should have felt from the factory! :ro)

Level 6 is calling my name but I'm trying not to hear it :)

I am scared to run above 3 with my tire size until I upgrade the trans...It hauls a$$ on 3, I can't wait to run on 4 thru 6!

I have been sticking with 2, but I will move up to 3 soon. I am too chicken to try anything above 3, for now.

I commute 65 miles each way, each day, so I'm running the Mialage setting (1) Looks like I'm getting 1 mpg better so far, sure hope it gets better.

I'm going to try the Mileage setting when I take my next all highway trip. Has anyone checked to see if the DIC is still accurate with this? Mine was right on the money before I added the Edge.

I have been running the mileage tune (1), and have seen some great improvements across the board. Havent tried (2) or (3) yet. Gonna give each a tank through and see what kind of differences are made from different tunes.

Guys I am not sure of your new levels. On our LBZ we have 1-5 + the hot level. Plus each level has a boost 1 (less smoke) thru 5 (most smoke) The mileage setting really did not do anything & sometimes lost mileage. The best mileage was on the tow (level 2) with a boost of 5. The next best one was level 3 with a boost of 3. This is for unloaded driving. Towing was level 2 with a boost of 3 or 5. What levels does this LMM model have? Did they bring back the tran slp reading on yours?

The LMM has a "low end response level" for each performance level. Did this maybe replace the one (boost) your referring to?
I tow 11k on level 1 in the Rockies (lots of ups and downs) and normal driving around on level 2 and sometimes 3.

Still running on level 4 :)

I'm going to be installing and AFe induction and MBRP Cool Duals soon. I'll see how they change things.

I'm new to this whole diesel thing, but what happens when you guys have to take the truck in for warrenty work? Don't these void the warrenty? Or do you just unplug and go?

I just got my new 2007 GMC DIESEL SLT. Who sells this Edge unit as I don't want to buy the wrong one. I have the latest 6.6 diesel 2007.5

Thanks, ls1tech member (BADZ)

The dealer isn't supposed to deny warranty coverage unless something you do actually causes the problem. Some find it easier not to have a programmer like this there though. In that case, it can be removed pretty quick.

BADZ: I'm currently not a supporting vendor here but you probably see me on ls1tech. Carry all of the Edge products :)
