I had bracket that works well with the Attitude so I used it to mount instead of the smaller bracket/velcro. I screwed this instead of using tape. I've found tape will loosen when it gets hot in the Summer.

Got mine installed as well. used the metal bracket supplied and it slipped perfectly into the front left dash piece.(covers ac vent and lighting options.
