I just installed edge/attitude on my LLY, on first day I set it on lvl 3 and left it there for a few days, took time for tranny to get better, but I put it on lvl 4, which is where I plan to keep it for DD, almost seems like less power. Maybe the tranny needs more time to learn with this new power.

Also, I am running it in 4 now, not getting on it too much, just trying to let Allison learn a lil;Attitude shows slippage when she's upshifting and even more when she is downshifting. Is this normal, at least until she adjusts?

Level 4, low boost 5 and showing slip up to 20% and below.

Also, what is safe for the turbo, (to set alert at), read somewhere that 'Got Juice' says 34psi, BUT that's 'Got Juice'http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/hihi.gif

Sorry man, just seems like you don't like these turbos.

Thanks in advance.

p.s. after the tranny gets adjusted well, will the SOTP feel increase will I see significant decreases in time 0-60 and 1/4. I am pretty much a newbie to this "New World" but I got 15.9 @ 90 mph in the 1/4 'according to the Attitude'. This was in lvl 4,low boost 5, 8 psi launch, 2wd. Is that good? normal? or chi**y?

The slip the attitude shows is converter slip not actual slipping of the clutchpacks. When the converter locks is should show "0%" slippage. When the converter is unlocked the number will vary upon throttle. The LLY duramax(04.5-present) has a different turbo than the LB7 duramax(01-04). No one has really tested the limits of the VVT turbo that you have yet, that I know of.

I guess my main concern is that TC slippage "ok"? Am I pushing it too hard or is it just always gonna do that until the TC locks?

I plan on buying a kit beginning of next year for the tranny and "try" and find someone to install. But in the mean time the it kinda worries me.

Thanks again for all the advice.
