I've installed the Cognito Leveling Kit and Bilsteins (great products :) ) and also have the stock keys maxed. I don't know if the driver's side settled a little because I don't remember there being much of a difference between the two sides. I believe it was between 1/4 and 1/2" (driver's side is lower). I measured last night and there is now about 3/4" between the two sides. I only notice it when I measure and also when making a tight turn with the 22" wheels/tires. That side has been rubbing more. Shouldn't each side sit pretty close to even with the keys maxed? I can see there being a difference if each one wasn't set the same from the factory.

There is usually still a difference. You need to call Eric and get some green keys, that will solve that problem.

some torsion bars are weaker than others, you need to get green keys to solve this:)

I should have some green keys later this afternoon or on Monday morning.
