I've read that the drain pan bolt is to be down under 25 ft/lbs. I'm tightening it down to about 20 ft/lbs and it seems to not want to get any tighter. It's not stripped, but I don't want to go too far and actually strip it. It feels decently tight; should 20 ft/lbs do it and I'll just check for any future leaks?

Figured I'd update this for anybody looking for the info in the future. I spoke with Allison, and they said it should be no problem at all.
