Although they fit very close, on stock 2500 rims, Cooper Tires Dominator A/T's fit with no trimming or tying back. Stock torsion bar settings.
Why did I post this? The tire shop told me that there is NO WAY they will fit without trimming + raising the torsion bars. Guess they were wrong.

Will have pics tomorrow from the Truck Pull in Perris.
The weight rating is 3300lb for the AT tires. But it's a fairly aggressive pattern for highway use. No road noise, but looks like a cross between an AT and an MT tire.

Pat, even where the emergency brake cable is?
All the 285s I've run on my trucks needed it pulled back.

Nothing touches. I think one of the reasons is that the 3500 SRW (new for 2004.5) has more tire clearance. I would guess all the 2004.5 GMC's have additional clearance since the stock tire is 265/75.
285 Cooper ATs on '02 2500, only rub was when I cut the wheels backing up, rubber flap in front of wheelwell, but since I leveled the truck, no probs.
