: 285/75-16’s fit on 3500 SRW without grief McRat 10-23-2004, 01:17 AM Although they fit very close, on stock 2500 rims, Cooper Tires Dominator A/T's fit with no trimming or tying back. Stock torsion bar settings. Why did I post this? The tire shop told me that there is NO WAY they will fit without trimming + raising the torsion bars. Guess they were wrong. I would guess all the 2004.5 GMC's have additional clearance since the stock tire is 265/75. FILO 10-24-2004, 08:16 PM 285 Cooper ATs on '02 2500, only rub was when I cut the wheels backing up, rubber flap in front of wheelwell, but since I leveled the truck, no probs. | ||
