The 9" Vizualogic headrest monitors have been on backorder for awhile. Is there anything with the same quality (or better) that is recommended? I'd like one to play DVDs if possible.

Thanks!

I see that they have 11" monitors too (hum... :) ). I'd like something that comes built into the factory headrests. This way they should be perfect instead of having someone that might not be experienced in putting them in a headrest do it.

careful getting too big, back seat pax might get their eyes crossed. have not completed the install yet but the temp hook up looks good, sounds good, and keeps kids happy. oh yea the hold up is trying to figure how to correctly wire in my playstation 2 instead of just a dvd player. by the way the cover matches very well with the factory.

I plan on installing in the near future some type of monitor for the rear. I am currently debating the pro's and con's of each. The con's for the drop-down overhead mount is the blockage of the rear view mirror. The con's for the headrest is too easy to steal. I'm leaning towards the overheard drop-down since I can leave it up until time to use it making it less likely to get stolen. Any other ideas?

if your back windows are dark enough they won't be able to see them to steal them but the drop down would be visible

you cant see mine through the windows...unless they are on of course....but not many pay attention to that and turned off before i get close to where i park so nobody ever knows they are there....except of course all of you guys....but you really cant see them through the windows

The headrest monitors seems to be easier to see. You don't have to tilt your help up to view unless you have a big drop down screen. These are the 9" that are in my '05 -

that is very true the angle is a lot better for the headrest ones...plus my screen is adjustable and the head rest will rock foward and back changing angle for best results even though i have have to adjust them
