I am looking for a BLACK treadplate toolbox transfer tank combo. Any ideas? I've looked everywhere. Bright alum. combos are a dime a dozen but can't seem to find a black one.

Could you have a bright one painted/powdercoated/line-x? If I were buying one now, I would have it coated with line-x.

My Slide Systems box is black powdercoated aluminum diamond plate. They don't make transfers, but you should be able to get one coated if you can't buy it that way.

I found a combo that I liked so I called a powdercoat place here. He said that they never have good luck with black on aluminum. The line-x is an interesting thought though. I may consider that.

I think United Welders Service makes one that is black.

Yep, they will make whatever you want. I have a black UWS diamond plate without the transfer but they will make it for you.
