How many of you have installed your own headrest monitors? I just picked up 2 that are already mounted in the headrest from another DP member. I am curious how hard this is to run through the seat backs and up to the dvd player. I figure it would be a breeze once you got through the back of the seat. Any input is appreciated.

I have the Pioneer with the big rgb plug and the hardest part was getting the plug thru at the opening where the post slides down that plastic collar. I ran a coat hanger down from the top and taped the plug to it. When I pulled up and plug got to top of seat, I pushed the leather down around the collar and GENTLY pulled the plug thru without ripping....WHEW! I left enough slack so you can pull the headrest up and down and the coble slides smoothly. After that, I ran into the console (I removed all the components from the console) and to my headunit where I mounted in the large cubby in the center dash console. I left the factory Bose in place. I now have three different listening sources. You can see pics in my garage. Good luck.
