towin43 10-21-2004, 03:33 PM My '04 2500 HD came with the standard LS power/heated mirrors (no power folding, turn signals or puddle lights). I would like to swap them out for some towing mirrors. At a minimum, I would like to retain the power/heated mirror option. I would also like the mirrors to extend/retract electronically, but manually would be acceptable as well. Who makes the best mirror as far as functionality and looks goes? Thanks! Max Owner 10-21-2004, 06:48 PM Not sure about looks, but Schafenacker TTT mirrors are what I plan on putting on my truck. Some people round here have them, and are happy with them. Mine are the manual telescoping ones. So not "quite" as advanced as what you are looking for.... Both have web sites. carbongmc 10-21-2004, 11:33 PM I reccomend the ttt's.They are a little exspensive but are a very good looking mirrior.Mine are the power,heated,& lighted model,but they are not power exstending.You can also fold in manualy very easy.You can see very good with these mirriors while towing wide loads.I installed my myself in about 2 1/2 hours.easy install.If you do alot of towing they are worth the price.
