: Need to know what tables GM changed with the 06 air cleaner swap on a 04 LLY?
SEA04DMAX 07-02-2007, 08:39 AM I bought a 06/07 style aircleaner off ebay and i need to know what tables are changed with the MAF sensor ( i think this is the one). Maybe someone can email me their stock program so i can look and see what GM changed with the reflash that went along with changing the air cleaner.
Thanks satkins@campbelltractor.com
lakingslayer 07-02-2007, 09:34 AM Check the repository. There should be some stock 06 tunes there.
Also you should check out his thread.

Cobra#3747 07-02-2007, 11:09 AM I think what he will really need is a copy of the file for the 04.5-05 reflash thats done with the air cleaner "upgrade"
Although it may just be the MAF table that needs to be changed, dont know if you would be able to tell what else has been changed looking at 06+ program. The LBZ tables are just all around different.

Cobra, you are correct, that is what i am looking for.
JoshH 07-02-2007, 03:47 PM Steve, I can't say for sure, but I would guess that you only need to go into table B0201 and copy and paste the values from an LBZ into your LLY. Maybe someone will chime in who has had the reflash from GM, but it makes sense to me that that's the only table that needs to be modified and it shouldn't matter if it comes from an LLY or an LBZ because the intake and sensor are the same so they would read the same air flow for the same voltage at the sensor. If you can't find anyone with the GM reflash I would try it and see what it does. I don't see how it could hurt anything.
Cougar281 07-02-2007, 05:21 PM All they changed is the MAF Table. Select all the values (CTRL A) in the attached file (06MAF.txt) and paste them into table B0201. Or copy B0201 from an LBZ tune. Either will work.
LarryJewell 07-02-2007, 05:31 PM you need to change B0802 and B0201

Actually, you don't. They're the same for both.
The tables that are different in my tunes (original vs updated) are B0201 (as listed in the txt I attached), B1010 (400mA @ 60,000 mm3 in the updated vs 0 mA @ 60,000) and B1506 (they dropped the EGR WAY down).
SEA04DMAX 07-02-2007, 10:39 PM I bought the box off ebay and haven't got it yet, it should be here any day. Thanks for the input guys, looks like you guys gave me several solutions.
Thanks

B0201 is Maf flow rate and B0802 is Maf expected airflow, these tables work together, if you increase the flow rate, the expected air flow needs to match.
B1010 is fuel pressure/rail pressure, this has nothing to do with the maf air flow
B1506 is egr maximum percentage, again, nothing to do with the tables I listed, the egr functions in mine are shut off anyway.
I have played with the tables you mentioned, plus more, but when I changed B0201 and B0802 I had the most noticeable gains, both from logging the tune and SOTP. :D

I'm just telling you what GM updated. I have my original read from when I got EFI, and I re-read it after Eric updated my ECM for the 06 airbox. Those three tables are all that changed from my original to the update, the only one of which that relates to the airbox is B0201. B1010 probably has something to do with the 1100-1400 surge.

Open your tune and look at the bottom part of B0201, then look at the bottom right portion of B0802, these should work together.
Biodiesel66 07-03-2007, 10:33 AM PM me your Vin # and e-mail and I'll send you the correct EFILive tune file with the round air Cali. segment in it.
