The wiper motor circuit board has unsoldered itself. GM had a nationwide recall on these, but if GM says "you're not covered", either solder it yourself or replace the circuit board. Remove the wiper motor plug, removed the 3 Torx screws (don't drop them:rolleyes: ), set the dust cover aside, and wiggle the board out of the motor assembly. Solder the cracked solder joints or replace the board. Installation is the reverse.

I fixed a wiper board a few years back on my '92 chevy. Not a big deal doing it yourself. Take your time and just flex the board from side to side and study it....you should see the crack. Then just re-solder it. Worked great for the 4 years I owned the truck.
A new board here in Canada was $90 bucks at the time. They may be less now....or more.
Good luck. :)

I've had good luck with Motormite wiper modules- part #88136 cost $20.
