hey, I wanna tow a trailer, and was wondering how much my blazer can
handle. Any one know this? Is there a way to increase

I just had my tranny rebuilt just after buying the truck and the tranny rebuilder said not to tow any heavy trailors (camper,car trailer) since the tranny is not made for that (th 700 r4). He said the engine would do it but not the tranny.

As far as a tell I have a CUCV, and so I have a 3/4 ton suspension and
a Turbo 400 tranny. But what kinda weight ratings can I handle is
what I want to know.

Not sure on your rig, I have two blazers, both the same, except one has
a camper package and is rated for 11,000 gvw, the other is standard,
not even sure what it is rated for, but just Wednesday I had my trailer
(2,000lbs), loaded with 15,000lbs of Slate tiles and had no problem,
rear did squat a good bit.
