Hi all:

I need a reputable mechanic to work on my 93 C2500. Does anyone have any recommendations. The area has changed so much in the past 5 years, I just don't know where to go.

Thanks ahead of time!

I live in Sacramento. There are a couple good ones here. One of them is always booked. My friend who is a big rig mechanic says the one that is booked is the best around. What do you need a mechanic for?

Orangevale Diesel would be it.

Nice to know someone else is here in town w/ a 6.5. I'd like to check out your ride sometime.

PM me and we can set something up.

Orangevale diesel has done some stuff to my in-laws Dodge. Where in the bay area are you. I used to live in Cupertino and I worked at a shop in Mountain View. It is called Sunnyvale Foriegn Car(they used to be in Sunnyvale then had to leave the building they were in and the only decent place they could find was in MT. View). The owners name is Matt. When I worked for him he had a 6.5L suburban. I don't know the people he has working for him now but he is a good guy. He can probably help you.
