open the downloaded tune, then go to "file" load alternate tune calibration for comparison. load your stock tune.

use the 5th icon from the left to see all the diferences between the two tunes

then u can switch back & forth between the downladed one & the stock tune using the lil ranbow looking icons & see whats been changed, just copy & paste the changes into your stock tune & save it with a NEW NAME.

Another way to do this is to create a script. You will need a stock tune with the same o.s and the tune you downloaded but that can easily be found in the repository. just open the stock tune. Then go to file<compare alt. tune.
and open the modifyed tune. Then click edit<creat script. and save it as what ever you like. just make sure the stock is loaded first and modifyed second.
now open your stock tune. click edit<run script. choose the file you just saved and click run. all the tables should then be transfered to your stock tune, click done. and thats it. be sure to save the file as another name so you don't loose your stock tune.

it's really not that complicated and you don't have to copy and paste as much.
