No it comes pre-oiled IIRC.

So when I clean it, I need to re oil it? Will K&N Filter oil work?

Yes you need to oil it, just don't over do it.

Oh dangit I hit the send button to quick......I guess you could use the K&N oil but if it were me I'd order some AFE oil and cleaner kit.
