I'm anxiously awaiting what TTS comes out with for the LLY in regards to a Powerloader III.

But, what can TTS do besides power upgrades?

For example, I'd like to be able to have my speedo corrected for 265/75 tires and the speed limiter set for 120 mph. What else can they do?

The question is; What can't Steve Cole do? I spent Sarurday road testing some very interesting LLY stuff at TTS. I am impressed. A lot.

What Steve Cole can't do is get programs released fast enough to satisfy his not so patient followers, including me. I keep hearing a voice whisper to me "Patience, Jackass, Patience". From what I can see and hear, his stuff is worth the wait. There are a lot of us waiting for the 05 TTS tow. Therefore, Patience is the word.

The problem I have found with Steve is:

"Perfect is not good enough"

He is unwilling to release something that he is not 100% sure of, or completely satisfied with. "Good enough" or "close enough" for some people or manufacturers, is woefully inadequate for Steve. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

Therefore his development time seems to us, the performance hungry public, not to happen anywhere near quick enough.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif

I tell myself the same thing...."Patience Jackass Patience". Good things are coming. Really good things! http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif

I'm an LB7 "Lab Rat" and haven't been involved with the LLY stuff much. So I'm sorry I can't answer your question. Being as Steve's personal ride is an LLY I would have to believe there are more things in development, you would just have to ask him. I think right now he has sequestered himself in preparation for SEMA, as most automotive companys do this time of year. But give him a call anyway.

TTS says they won't have anything other than the tow tune available for the LLY until after the new year.

The '05 product is out in a couple of test trucks right now. If everything goes OK we will release by the end of November. I've got some tranmission testing to complete then I will start on the higher power LLY tunes. I've got a couple done but havn't had a test vehicle to work with and I'm not going to wreck my transmission doing it, so it need to wait until the trans. testing is completed.
