I am going to be installing H2 wheels and Maxxis 305/70/17 tires on my truck in a few days. The question I have is after turing the torsion bars (or getting the keys) and trimming the front airdam I will have to get it aligned. Does the 2500's have those annoying aligment keys in them that the shops want 200 bucks to remove?


My 2000 z71 had a set but those could be pried out with a screwdriver. Or so I was told. Never ad to have it aligned.


If it does have them is it something I can take out before taking it to be aligned?

No they do not. They have plastic cresent inserts that need to be popped out with a screwdriver before they try to adjust it. Must be the same as your other truck.Edited by: hoot
