My dad bought a Hypertech for his LB7 today and when he plugged it in it told him he had 3 DTC codes p0106, p0236 and u1000. He has had the truck for 2-3 years and never had any problems and it seems to run great.


Should he:


A clear codes and program and see if they come back.


B clear codes no program and drive around for a while and see if they come back.


C no program leave codes in and take to dealer.


He is new to all this kind of stuff and is afraid of hurting something

ive done same thing only one code. progam or not it came back. ive not had problems. dealer checked and said no problems
