Ok, I'm installing a SIR-GM1 (w/o factory XM). I've connected all the wires to make sure the tuner works. Where the heck do I put the tuner? The T harness is way too short to mount in the stock XM location. HELP!

Someone said, remove the dash cover. how do you do that? Anyone found a good place to put it?

With some wiggling, I got it farther in to the left of the stock location, all through the glovebox. It's wedged up in there, didn't have to screw it down. No need to remove the dash cover.

I somehow found a way to get it behind the stock radio. I've got 10 scraped up knuckles to prove it...
