here lately iv noticed a vibraton in the truck, but it only does it when the truck is idling or at a slow speed, for instance when im coming to a stop it does it sometime and its not the brakes it pretty clear its in the engine when u feel it. P.S. it doesnt do it all the time but it does do it when the truck is kinda cold but it also does it when its warm

Look at the pulleyes from the side with it idleing, especially the crank pulley. If not that look at motor mounts.

check your harmonic balancer and balancer pulley. if any of the rubber is commin out of either then they need replaced.

The balancer pulley has a large sealed bearing in the middle to keep the belt load correctly oriented. Mine went at about 95K and upon removal of the pulley noted that the bearing had spit grease out the back side and had become brinelled. This was contributing to a scraping noise that I isolated and corrected with a new pulley.
Pertaining to the vibration, I have a chassis-borne vibration that typically begins when the weather gets cold. Last time under the beast I noted that there's a corner of the pass side motor mount that contacts metal to metal. Looks like 2 choises...whack the exposed corner with a die grinder or do the right thing and replace the mount (probably opt of zzziiiinnngggg!)http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

don't rule out the pmd causing that vibration.
my 1994 td did the same thing, 3 weeks later the pmd died.
