Well I finally buckled down and took my truck to Classic Soft Trim on the North West side. It was a lot of money, but anything for my truck is worth it. ;)

Webasto doesn't sell to the public, only to dealers, and the dealers won't sell outright. So you're stuck with having someone do it. I'm a "do it yourselfer", but I had no choice. Plus Webasto requires you to be trained and certified, while purchasing an assortment of tools for installation.

Anyhow, let me know what you think!

There is also pics of my US Speedo white face overlay, chrome lense kit, red needs, Autometer C2 boost and pyro gauge/pod, Passport Escort 8500 X50, and Prodigy Tekonsha brake controller. Enjoy! :)

Looks great!

One question, did the overhead console get push forward by an inch? It appears lowered; almost in the field of vision.

If you don't mind me asking what was the cost for the sunroof.

Is the headliner a different color? Looks like the old grey headliners from '01...

SUMMITMAXLLY, yes the overhead console had to be moved forward, but I'm pretty sure it was more than an inch.

Kyle, $1300 + tax = $1400.

tysmith, yes, I told them to put the matching headliner in it. I'm going to do the visors later along with either painted the overhead console or buying the right colored one.

Just visit ClassicSoftTrim.com They're all over the place (chain business). The only one in the Houston area is off of Hempstead Rd. near 249.

As far as the "blank", I made that out of some aluminum sheet metal and painted.

Man that looks good!!! PM me the info for the dealer that did the installation. BTW- where did you get the blank for the 4X4 module hole? I need one of those for some switches.

I don't live too far from there. Think I'll go by and check em out.
What did you use to mount the blank?

It was a bit far from me, but it was worth it to go to a place with a good reputation.

I used some clear silicone on the backside and placed it on the slot. Once it dries, it will stay on there and its not permanent.

I do like the gray headliner better. It will look even better when everything else is color matched.

I believe all I need to do is either paint the overhead console or get the year model that came in gray and redo the sunvisors, or buy them as well.
