I have had my truck for 1 year now. 25,000 miles. Treat her good. Use synthetic in everything that holds oil.

I made an appointment with GM dealer in Cody, WY. Told them that the hydro-boost is leaking. SVC MGR asks me, "How do you know that" Well ..... I use 1/2 qt of fluid every 1700 miles and the whole front left side is covered in oil.

Made appointment and told him that I would be sure and wash the chassis prior to coming in. Degrease engine compt. and underneath. 50 mile drive to dealership with a clean chassis should be able to figure out where the leak is at.

They call me an hour after dropping it off and say it is ready. Dealer says NO LEAK!!!

I go talk to the tech and he shows me under the hood. Says "Man this sure is a clean truck! One of the cleanest I have seen under the hood." Told me it was a little low and I could have the rest of the quart.

He asked where I saw the oil at and I told him - lay on your back (LH side) and look up! He actually said, "They didn't tell me to look underneath."

Didn't really know what to say after that. Got the keys and left. I guess I will take it to a dealer in Indy when I get there.

WTF, great call on leaving that dealer and going ot another, if hes that incompetent you dont wnat him working on the truck. Gm seriulsy seriulsy needs to get their dealers inline. If you make and have the best product in the world, w/no dealer support, it aint worth nothing. Id def call gm and at least let them know.
