I have a 2007.5 duramax that recently arrived via my best friends dealership here in the central valley. Although it is in, and has been dialed in for me,and he knows how much I want my truck, he insists that i wait until the 23rd to finalize. Why you ask, because he says that G.M is going to have some more rebates available on that day. He told me this over a week ago, so other dealers must now, but are trying to put food on the table like the rest of us. With the deal that i am getting, which is very nice, i am curious to see just what G.M. has to offer
2007.5 c/c lt1 with every option you can get with it, plus a cognito leveling kit and 285/75/r16 with painted handles for 45000 out the door.

I thought the dealers only found out about rebate changes the day before they are announced by GM. Is this correct or do they find out much sooner? I would think that GM would want to keep this secret so that dealers don't tell customers to wait a week or two.
