Did 97s come with a Diesel specific owner's manual or a Diesel supplement? I have a 97 Suburban/Tahoe owner's manual but it has no Diesel specific info. Certainly nothing about the starting procedure or wait to start light. Does anyone have a manual to sell or lend? I'm in the San Jose CA area and I only need it for as long as it takes me to read it. I'd rather buy one, though. Still racking up enough points to post in the Market Place.
